1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SweepsEdge ("Service", "Extension", "Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement ("Terms", "Agreement"). If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

SweepsEdge is a browser extension that provides automation features for various online casino and gaming platforms. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SweepsEdge provides automated features including but not limited to:

• Automatic bingo participation
• Automatic giveaway entries
• Automatic stake claims

• User interface enhancements for supported platforms

The Service operates through a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access automation features. Credits are consumed based on usage of automated functions.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

SweepsEdge operates on a prepaid credit system. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your account
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Maintain and promptly update your payment information

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account termination policies. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
• To overwhelm or attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure

7. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and understand that:

• Use of automation tools may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms
• Your accounts on third-party platforms may be suspended, banned, or terminated
• SweepsEdge cannot guarantee the safety or security of your third-party accounts
• You use the Service at your own risk and assume all responsibility for any consequences
• SweepsEdge has not observed bans or issues, but this does not guarantee future safety

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. SweepsEdge does not store your gaming platform credentials - they remain securely on your device. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SweepsEdge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

SweepsEdge does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from SweepsEdge shall create any warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SweepsEdge, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

SweepsEdge's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid SweepsEdge for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the action giving rise to the liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SweepsEdge and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SweepsEdge operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

SweepsEdge reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
